After over ten years of research, international scientists reveal their findings on the effects of the Deepwater Horizon (DWH) oil spill at the Gulf of Mexico Oil Spill and Ecosystem.(GoMOSES) conference hosted by the Gulf of Mexico Research Initiative (GoMRI), an independent research program established following the British Petroleum (BP) oil spill, the largest in U.S. history. Deepwater Horizon: 10 Years Later Impact on the Gulf's Marine Ecosystem Persists

Students from the Morsani College of Medicine are passionate about bringing health care services to Tampa’s less fortunate street community. Inspired by programs in other cities a group of students began their street rounds downtown.  Aside from their street runs, the students also hold a monthly medical clinical at a grassroots community center called the Well.

Deepwater Horizon: 10 Years Later Impact on the Gulf's Marine Ecosystem Persists

Here is a piece I produced during the New York Times Student Journalism Institute back in 2009 with the very charismatic reporter Eric Galindo. We teamed up to visually explore the lives of unhoused veterans. It was hard to see our former soldiers so broken. Thanks to all who shared their voices.
